I’ve been feeling like I’m on a plateau lately. At least, that’s what people usually call this type of period in training, when it does not feel like you’re making any progress.
Some days it feels more like I’ve hit a wall, and no matter what I do, I can’t move past, over it, around it, or through it. This is frustrating. One of my fellow students reassured my by telling me that when she has made breakthroughs, they’ve usually been preceded by plateaus.
But that doesn’t change the fact that I’m still plateauing.
