Book Review: "The Way of the Superior Man"

Last year, my bible was “The 4 Hour Workweek” by Timothy Ferriss. Now I see that it is the “new testament,” and David Deida’s “The Way of the Superior Man,” is the old.

I cannot remember a time in my life when a book was more appropriate for the current state I was in than this book and me right now – many of the chapters sound as if they were written specifically with me in mind.
This book does, by far, the best job I’ve experienced to explain the differences between men and women (besides the obvious ones), why they are this way, and how we are supposed to relate to one another. The author delves into behavioral, psychological, spiritual, and energetic fundamental principles that guide us, and how men and women, more appropriately, masculine and feminine, complement one another. While what I am describing me may sound “out there” to most “mainstream” guys, it is really quite accessible to those with an open mind, even if you have no “higher” spiritual training or foundations.
After a little reflection, I realize that, despite my current situation, thought process, predicaments, and obstacles, this book is likely to speak directly to a majority of modern men who are capable of grasping the author’s teachings.
In summary, if you’re a guy, you need to read this book.
