Hey ladies!
A little about me: 5’9”. 53. I work in cybersecurity. I teach yoga. I’m training for a 50 mile ultramarathon this fall. I’ve got a place in Vermont I like to retreat to for weekend getaways. I’m going to spend a few weeks in Europe this fall, and likely travel back and forth more often in the future.

My typical Sunday likely includes a long run (or recovering from one the day before), maybe a movie or book, and game night! I’m not a morning person, but I’m not a night owl either. If I had to choose, I’m slightly more early morning than late night. I’m an ESTJ, high C high D (IYKYK*). Love languages: Quality time, physical touch, and I express it acts of service – typically a great cup of coffee first (maybe second) thing in the morning.

If your bar is “he has a job, a car, no roommates, and doesn’t smell that bad,” I’m in a different league.
About you: you’re into running, or yoga or another physical activity we can share. To be clear, I’m not asking you to do a marathon with me. (But that does sound cool.) You can rock a pair of heels or a pair of Hokas. You keep your body and your mind fit. An occasional treat is great, but a healthy, clean diet is your usual. You don’t need alcohol or drugs to “cope.”
You have a great relationship with family.
You’re educated. You’re a clear communicator, whether via voice or text. You can carry on your end of a conversation.
